Our savoury products vary according to the special flour and mixes used in the different kinds of bread we prepare, which are available in many forms, from the very particular taste of our focaccia bread, to our savoury biscuits and our famous flat unleavened bread filled with delicious ingredients called “crescioni”.

Family Traditions prepares mouth-watering pizzas with a wide choice of ingredients, so that everyone can enjoy the pleasure of dining at the table.

Fresh pasta is the first thing to enjoy after sitting at the table.
Our workshop offers a wide choice of fresh Italian pasta such as tagliatelle, ravioli and tortellini using specially selected flours, with carefully prepared quality products having the finest nutritional characteristics and preservative free.

Among our fresh pasta you can also find lasagne, cannelloni and crespelle, meant to demonstrate the most authentic traditional foods in the Romagna region.
